An HSBC credit card works by giving you a credit limit, which is the maximum amount you can spend using the card. You use it to make payments for purchases, and HSBC temporarily covers the cost for you. At the end of each month, you get a bill showing how much you’ve spent.
You can choose to pay the full amount or just a part of it. If you don’t pay in full, HSBC charges interest on the remaining balance. Some HSBC cards also come with perks like reward points, cashback, or travel benefits when you use them.
